The house is very well-lit, has new appliances, and comes furnished. We are also able to store furniture if you have your own. There are 3 bedrooms, one currently converted into an office, and one bathroom. There is a single car detached garage, big front yard and fenced back yard with a sizable walk-out patio and outdoor seating perfect for children and entertaining. The basement is semi-finished with laundry and ample storage space. Overall, we adore our house and are looking for the right people who will take care of it while we are on away. We are semi-flexible with move-in and move-out dates, but are looking for someone to rent the house with ideal move-in time August 1st. Tenant responsible for utilities; owner will provide for winter and summer driveway and yard care. No animals be them cats, dogs, or even birds (sorry!). Lease is for one year, but we are open to multiple years for the right tenants.
