Lush vegetation surrounds home and full yard maintenance is paid by landlord. Laundry room with washer/dryer hookup. Forced air heating and cooling. Covered parking for one car off street with private storage unit. Very quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to 28th street, Hill Road or Harrison Blvd. to make your commute a breeze.
