The lease will be from March 1st to October 30th. (You can potentially move in early as the apartment is already vacant and rent paid till the end of Feb-free rent for you!) What is even better is that we will pay for the deposit of $1400--yes it is all yours if you keep the apartment in great conditions once you move out! To add on that, we will also offer you a $500 cash bonus if you successfully pass the background check and qualify to take over our lease! We will also pay to get the apartment professionally cleaned before you move in to ensure it is in amazing conditions! The rent is $1389 a month plus a $15 garbage fee plus electricity, water and other utilities. Please come see the apartment yourself!
