About the unit: We have lived here for four years and cannot say enough good things about the management company. They offer online payment and maintenance request options, and are quick to respond to needs should they arise. The unit itself exists off the ground level, and gated from all sides. Our Apartment is the only unit associated with the front patio, but should you want to invite the neighbors to share an evening - the community is quite friendly. About the neighborhood: Grocery/Corner store at the corner of Augusta and Rockwell. Great options for produce, wine, liquor, and go-to items. A few blocks further there is a market at Chicago and Western for extended gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan items as well as fresh deli options for chicken, beef, shrimp, etc. Walking distance to great local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Some of our favorites are Bouefhaus, Pizza Friendly Pizza, Jeff & Judes, Spinning Jay, Hash, Flying Saucer, Split Rail, Kasama, Sportsmans, EzInn, Stellas, Dorothy Downstairs, Archie's, Dark Matter. Not to mention just up the street from Empty Bottle, a classic Chicago music venue. Last, but not least a short jaunt to the Chicago(66) and Grand(65) bus for easy downtown commuting options. Nearby Neighborhoods: Quick access to Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, and Noble Square should you require branching out. This listing is for a sublet with option to renew an annual lease 5/1/21. 2 bed/1 bath Ukrainian Village apartment.
