A twin bed and mattress with storage drawers underneath, desk/table, bureau, and sofa. The room is located towards the rear of the house so doesn't get street noise. Rent: $1395 This room is two rooms: a bedroom and a separate sunroom. Called the "Blue Room" it is off the street, quiet and sunny and has the best closet in the house. It comes fully furnished with a double bed. Rent is $1325. The largest room in the house with beautiful architectural details including coved ceilings, bay windows, hardwood floors, ceiling medallion and a chandelier that dims. The room is full of light and sun and is located off the street. It has a double bed and an amazingly comfortable couch. Rent is $1395 per month. Considered one of the most desirable rooms in the house, this large room has a queen size bed and sound proof windows. Decorated with antiques, it is a cozy room as well as being elegant. Rent is $1395. We follow all covid-19 guidelines. A recent negative test result is required before move in and ideally, a vaccination certificate. It is very easy to get a vaccination in Berkeley and these should be scheduled before arrival. Use of common areas (except for a designated bathroom) is restricted until covid vaccine is completed including the follow up period to achieve immunity.
