For what this unit is & has to offer this may be the best value on the market. Judge that for yourself. Spacious open floor plan nicely done. Kitchen open to dining & living room & then on to a large terrace balcony. This is a second level unit but ranch style with no one above you which is very nice. Wood floors throughout the ENTIRE unit except that both baths & laundry/walk in closet are all limestone like porcelain tile. Quartz counters in kitchen & both baths.
