your bedroom is lovely, spacious - 9'x12' - has hard wood floors, one softly lit, northern-facing window and fits a queen size bed plus a few more pieces of bedroom furniture very comfortably. (I have a queen bed, a huge art deco armoir, a hope chest and a giant deco chair in there it at the moment.) it's also towards the back of the apartment so it's fairly quiet, not to mention cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than my bedroom! the closet has plenty of space and there's a ton of storage in the basement if you need it! (the washer and dryer are there as well and only cost $1 per load.) also at your disposal is a cozy living room with 2 sofas, a tv and beautiful, filtered morning light with windows that look east. there's a front office that sits off of the living room as well. next is the dining room outfitted with a Kent Coffey mid-century table and chairs and a Lane low boy. the eat-in kitchen is large, with lots of cabinet space and a small pantry. and the bathroom is pretty much a bathroom! please see pics. there are more to come! fees and income: $75 application fee $300 move-in fee $300 pet fee (dogs: no more than 50 lbs, give or take, and no pitties per management. cats: no. sorry!) income: at least $2,300 per month (approx 2.5 times the rent) i've been renewing the lease for may 1st, usually in march, so it's more like a 5-month lease and then we can decide where to go from there. you will contract with the landlord. but pay shared utilities to me. the application fee is $75, the move-in fee is $300 and the pet fee is $300. not my choice, but my landlord won't allow pitties or dogs over 50lbs, give or take. but if you have any other dog whose you're favorite good boy or good girl, let's have him or her meet Ziggy upfront. no cats. sorry. and no smoking.
