The living room and kitchen are fully furnished as is the deck and yard. It's an awesome quiet spot and perfect for someone moving to Fort Collins or someone who has been here for a while! Each room is $850 per month. The two rooms up for rent are being renovated so use the pictures more as a size guide. About the House: Bedrooms: 1 room is 12 x 13 and the other is 11 x 13 so no major differences. Two dogs in the house maximum unless I can be persuaded. Roommates: I'm in my early thirties and travel for work most of the week. I'm into music and film and fixing audio equipment.
