The house has a large fenced yard and two pets are welcome. No pet rent or breed restrictions! The pet deposits are are $300 per pet. This house is a 13 minute walk to Penrose Hospital. It is also walking distance to the grocery store, hardware store, coffee shop, and many other businesses. Easy access to the 25 from Fillmore. Up the street from Bonforte Park. This is a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. The house also has a security system that operates on its own or the tenant can link it to ADT if they wish.
