The rent is all inclusive, meaning all utilities are included, water, garbage, sewer, electricity, gas and high-speed internet via WIFI are all included in the monthly rent. The unit has central heat and central A/C, new windows and doors, fresh paint, and all appliances are provided. Background check, deposit and 12 month lease will be required.
