This is a small house with a large yard that is partially fenced. There is new paneling in the living room, new ceiling fans, new paint in the kitchen and bathroom. It is very near The Creek yet it did NOT flood during Hurricane Harvey. The house is only 3 1/2 miles from Surfside Beach. The maps show it wrong, a few mobile homes down from where the house really is. This is an actual house - not a mobile home!.
