Or bulldoze and set up your own home.. New appliances, deep freezer and a 75" tv ... Electric mower... . .. Just the basics ... The photos are fairly current but you can research online (which is recommended) for more photos and info. Lots on the rise..one sold for almost 90k on Ave B !! New construction in the Avenues and all over PSJ / Mexico Beach and down the Cape... Every darn where ya look... $$$ !!! The new gold coast... someday is coming quickly... Put in a metal spiral staircase outside the screened in porch...go up on your metal roof and catch the sunsets... Crack a Corona or a glass of warm milk... whatever your pretty heart desires.... add cocoa.....wow...See last photo for your sunset on the porch . Catch em all on the roof ... Bring your boat ... Water access 5 minutes away. One thing tho...it has a fireplace...but...when the metal roof was put it was covered up. Everything intact just need finished. My thought is ..put in an electric because you will draw fresh air down the stack. All been cleaned and repainted. Also a good idea ... In the works is replace the ac/heat unit .... There are more efficient units out now. ... I'm repainting in porch...looks good... Painting in living room soon... Indoor project for winter. Ohhhhh... All the windows and doors have heavy iron bars covering them ... Haha...lol... Yaman...sounds like a jail....last couple pics taken Nov 10...shows how the bars are....neat idea....you can see the garden area...also the lots are cleared going over to Ave A....I have an area for the cat to go out....that's his beach chair with a fenced in sand area..I removed the lock on the window bars and ran That old metal water pipe thru the hole on an angle...it locks the pipe in place and grounds the whole house to Earth. Town is in the distance... (yellow bike photos from St Pete) . Cement driveway. Siding is Aluminum. Roof is metal. Stucco bottom. Solid and waterproof. On the back of house I used one continuous piece of steel to cover the bottom section..covered up the air vents as they were too low and keeps underneath dry. Instead of using bolts to mount to the stucco....I used foam to lock the sheet in place ... Great weatherproofing
