Possible occasional use of unit 4 parking, on request only, from April through November. Depending on circumstances, might do a 6 month trial lease, but normally require a 1 year lease. Electricity averages about $120/month, more in winter, less in summer. Of course that all depends on lifestyle and is not a guarantee. Can pay security deposit over a couple of months if necessary Prefer NO pets, but will consider. Probably would increase rent to cover a pet.
