Looking for an affordable fixer up home that you are able to move right in. The house I have for sale is a 2 bedroom home with a loft that has been used as a third bedroom. The house is approximately 1,500 square feet of living space. You will have to pay for city water and garbage pick up. The master bedroom is very big. It has two large closets with a small hidden unfinished room in it. With two sliding glass doors on both sides of the room. With a window air condition unit. The unit cools the room very quickly. The second bedroom is an average size room on the other side of the house. Upstairs in the loft area with the air condition unit that cools most of the house. It does a really good job of keeping the house cool. The living room and dining room are together. So it makes for a really large area. There is a door on both sides of this room so you can go to the front of the house or the back of the house. The living room has a wood burning stove to help cut down on the electric bill. The bathroom is average size with your standard shower and tub combo. The kitchen has a refrigerator. I have never had any problems with it. The kitchen also has a stove and dishwasher. The house has a nice size front yard and a small back yard. The house sits off the road so it is not too easy to see from the road. I have remodeled and added to the home since I purchased it years ago. It isn't a mansion but it is a nice place for someone who needs a decent place to live at a reasonable price. It is a nice fixer up home. Neighborhood Description The neighbors are friendly but stay out of your business. They will do anything to help you if you need it. I like the fact that you don't really have anyone right on top of you because the house is off the road. So you really have privacy.
