Updated rental home, with new appliances and flooring. Unit is a very inviting and open place to be in. The kitchen has easy viewing to dining area and living room. The basement opens up to a large bedroom and family area along with a second full bathroom. Unit has a washer and dryer provided. We are not able to work with section 8 at this time. Owner pays for reasonable water and takes care of lawn. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and trash; along with their own snow removal. Late rent will result in a $50 late fee in addition to the regular months payment. Again, we are not able to work with section 8 at this time. Absolutely no smoking in the home and pets are not allowed.
