The area is great and the buildings are brand new. Goldleaf does an excellent job taking care of the property, and we love it here! Average utilities cost us only $30-$45/month... hard to beat that! We are looking to move closer to our work, so the apartment is available to sublet on Monday, July 15. Lease ends July 31, and you can sign on to a full-year's lease after that.
