Cabin is in excellent condition. Owners maintain it meticulously. Location is very easy; subdivision is a very nice mountain community with roads maintained by HOA. You can leave from Bobcat Run and be in the middle of all the fun activities of PF and Gatlinburg within minutes. The cabin itself has lots of amenities which could cause you to want to stay at home.
