Renter responsible for gas to heat pool. Costs vary on how much is used. Pool uses gas, but the house operates only on electric. 4. Tenant responsible for any repairs under $150. 5. Pets are negotiable. 6. We put a lot into this house and have no intentions of letting it fall in disrepair. We will continue to maintain and update where possible over time. 7. Security deposit is $4000. First month's rent and security deposit due immediately. 8. Earliest move in available 18 October.
