He is very kind and is happy to meet with anyone before you sign the lease. Some more details, the townhome is unfurnished (the images are taken with some of my furniture, which will be moved out). Large living room and kitchen downstairs, with laundry just off the kitchen. There is a half-bath downstairs as well. Th gas fireplace in the living room works great and really heats up the house in the winter. The Master BR Suite is also located downstairs. Neighborhood is quiet, mostly townies and graduate students, not far from Tech, and a very short walk to a bus stop that comes every 30 minutes. Total rent is $1870, split 975/895 because of the Master suite being a bit larger and having the private attached bath. Utilities range from around $100 per month. There is a $40 application fee to Raines when you apply. Lease does not allow pets unfortunately, and there is a strict no undergrad policy.
