Currently a tenant in the house but he will be gone by 7/20. The house is furnished but I can remove furniture that is unwanted. King bed in the master with 2 dressers, a master bath and walk in closet. 2 other bedrooms. Both the swamp cooler and boiler have been replaced within the last year. Renter is respond for utilities. Would be willing to do a 6 month lease for $1500/month. Tenant would need to mow the lawn but I have a lawn mower at the property. No pets or smoking. I live in town and will be by to service the swamp cooler as necessary.
