App fees are $25. One exclusive carport parking space is provided per fourplex. Max 4 people per fourplex. Max two cars per fourplex. Tenant is to do basic maintenance (like replace filters and light bulbs). Issues related to wear and tear and mechanical systems are the responsibility of the landlord.
