Right off of high rock lake ! 2 bedroom 2 bath Tenant shall pay the landlord in equal installments of $1000.00 a month with a 500.00 Security Deposit (negotiable due to COVID 19 currently)...Rent is due the 5th of every month, and is late after the 10th. If rent is late, there will be a 40.00 late fee (unless waived otherwise). Payment method of rent shall be cash with a receipt in hand or a cashier's check. All utilities (Water, electric, and gas) will be left in landlords name for 7 days. This helps the tenant have time to switch everything over. After the 7th day, tenant will be charged for any charges accrued past the 7th day mark. The tenant agrees to provide a 30 day written notice before moving out of premises. If a written 30 day notice is not given, legal action can and will be taken; Tenant will be responsible for any court or lawyer fees as well as charged the pro-rate for the early termination. Pets are allowed and will be discussed.
