There is a coin operated laundry facility on the grounds plus we a free storage area in the back lot where you can park/store 1 item be it a boat, camper, trailer, car, or truck. This is a 55 & over park, but the park is also permitted so many 41yrs & up and as of this posting has an allotment of 1, you cannot sublease, or rent out If you are a couple and one is under 55 that is doable, no children except visiting. Small dogs & cats allowed. You do have to pay $60 to the park for a background/financial check (note that has to be cleared before you can occupy your home), and around $40 a year for your annual sticker. No other fees. This is a real deal considering our market here & location. I'm not a realator, I have lived in this park for 12yrs so respond today so you can see it tomorrow.
