I am 33 year old straight single male and moving into a 3BR 1.5 Bathroom apartment in Bed Stuy in the next 3 weeks and looking for 2 roommates to join me for minimum one year.I would prefer 2 people who already have lived together/know each other so that it's not 3 randoms trying to adjust to each other but I am open if you are super cool.The apartment is spacious, bright and very good condition in a well maintained building. All the bedrooms have windows, the neighbors are friendly. The subway is about 5 blocks away.I like to hang out, watch TV, go out for dinner/drinks/events in parks etc. and am always up for a new adventure. I don't need to be best friends with my roommate but it's cool if we can eat dinner together and paint the town together every once in a while. I'm easy to get along with and hope you are too.
