Pest Control Spray: At 1pm on the second Tuesday of the month the Pest Control Company and a representative of the Association will enter the rental do a maintenance spray. We will knock first then enter. If this proposes a problem for you, during your stay, please let me know so it can be rescheduled. My wife & I are always interested in sharing our future retirement home with property respectful guests. Since we're in a private, gated property, we require that all of our guests provide us with a Photo ID.
