The house was recently remodeled and is in a great up and coming area with walkable bars/restaurants and parks, near major freeways 51, 10 and 202, and 10 minute drive to airport/downtown phoenix/ old town scottsdale. Rent is $900 a month (6 month lease) and includes a private room and bathroom shared with one other person. Refundable security deposit of 1 months rent due at lease signing, proof of renters insurance is also required at lease signing. Rent includes Water/Trash and Landscaping. Electric ($20-75 per person per month) and Wifi($20 per person per month) will be additional costs split between the 3 tenants. Gated parking and Washer/Dryer is also available. Common living spaces are partially furnished and there may be room if you have furniture you'd like to bring. Well behaved dogs and cats are allowed for an additional pet deposit.
