Appliances are updated and include range, microwave, dishwasher, small washer-dryer combo, fridge and dual HVAC system (maintained every six months). New custom blinds throughout unit. Electricity (solar) is included in rent. New roof and skylight (2021). One small to medium-sized dog considered. Equal Housing Opportunity * A one-year or 6-month lease are available. Please do not request a showing prior to submitting your application. *Unit is located on a small quiet street in midtown Tucson, near N Tucson Blvd and E Glenn St. Location is very quiet and serene. * Rent is $1300 per month. Tenant is responsible for providing air filters for HVAC system on a regular basis (every 1 - 2 months). Air filters are inexpensive and available nearby. Repair needed to HVAC system due to poor filtration will be billed to tenant or subtracted from deposit. More than one such repair is grounds for termination of the lease. Equal Housing Opportunity
