Hello! We are planning on traveling this winter and are looking to rent our home from Dec to end of April. Dates are possibly flexible by a few if needed. Our lovely home is centrally located on the west side of Queen Anne hill. Rent includes all utilities and high speed internet. This Scandinavian styled, 2-bedroom house is very clean and tranquil. Built in 1915 by a Norwegian shipbuilder, the home is comprised of a living room with a fireplace, an expansive dining room, a kitchen with attached sunroom, sun porch and a bathroom. The house faces west and catches the evening sunsets. It is a home abundant with lush plants. Entry to the home will take you through an intimate, multi-terraced garden that overlooks a forest of black bamboo. There are queen sized beds in each bedroom, and one twin bed located in the sunporch. No pets please. This house has a lower apt has well which is rented to a very nice quiet couple. You may see them pass through the yard to enter the apt but it is rare you hear anything from the apt in the upstairs quarters.
