The area itself is quiet, without sounds of traffic and right across from a number of coffee shops and restaurants. This apartment includes airy high ceilings and the appliances and furnishings, such as marble countertops in the kitchen, are modern. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen, entryway, and bedroom. This second-floor unit affords access to a communal outdoor patio with landscaping and grills, perfect for a physically-distant get-together. The building is very secure, and from living here for three years, I can confirm that the building managers are very responsive to questions or concerns.
