Its a place that needs cosmetic work like painting, and trimming... Roof is a year old, Stove is brand new less than 6 months old, hot water heater is a year and a half old, the flooring needs to be leveled... It is a livable home that needs work!!! $12,000 firm would be greatly appreciated anything lower honestly we can not accept it, this is an emergency sale due to a family member passing away. The family member house was giving to us right after, the place needs to be flipped and and sold again I was gonna fix it up, but I dont have the time and I'm an essential worker so it makes it an even harder job to get rid of the place I'm not begging but I need to get rid of it, if anyone knows anyone they can contact me also, its honestly a project place but can be lived in I'm not giving sob stories at all its just life things happen I would still be living there honestly it's a cool park the people around are nice and friendly we take walks around the area fire department right around the corner along with a gas station, bar, pizza shop, side car dealership, business area etc...
