First off, I'm recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and one of those awesome split-level floorplans with the bedrooms upstairs. I have one of those "neutral" color schemes, new carpet and tile flooring, and lots of space. Too much space, in fact, and I'm looking for some great tenants to fill me up with stuff and love and fun times and awesomeness! The ideal tenants: - Like to spend time outdoors, as I've got a great fenced in backyard and patio begging for barbeques. - Are looking for a long term relationship lasting more than a year. When it's love, why move? - Enjoy cooking at home. My kitchen is spacious with new appliances and my dining room needs some dining! - Have lots of baggage. Or at least lots of stuff that needs stored. I've got a shed out back, spacious closets throughout, and an attached garage. Plenty of room for everything! - Love pets. Well, you don't actually have to love pets, but I like nice ones! - Like going for long walks. I'm within walking distance to Edgelea Elementary School and Lafayette Jefferson High School, and my neighborhood has great sidewalks and friendly people. - Are non-smokers. I've got that new house smell going on, and I'd like to keep it that way. Bottom line, if you're awesome tenants looking for an awesome home, then this could be love! Fair warning, though, I'm pretty picky. Potential tenants will be required to complete an application and background check. I also require a lease and security deposit, but I'm worth it!
