Three bedrooms for a total of 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds (bunk beds) and 1 sofa-bed, with an extra sofa-bed in the living room. Enter the front door using the smart lock with your own personalized code, the whole house is yours to enjoy! Street parking in front of the house is free and safe. We have a front ring camera, but no cameras inside the house. Your privacy is important to us! The backyard is currently off-limits for another unit on the property. You have full access to the patio space (which includes a gas grill and fire pit). Leases of 2+ months are accepted. Leases of 3+ months are priority. All utilities are included (electricity, water, trash, recycling, compost). Due to the original features of the home, we cannot accept pets at this time. No smoking permitted inside the home.
