The roommate pretty much has the house furnished except for the room available for rent, although photos show unfurnished. Full heat & air. The roommates split the utilities 50/50. The roommate has a very friendly large dog that is kenneled when not home. You share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There is a small backyard. No smoking inside
