This 10'x25' two story tiny house on wheels is a little less that 1 year old. 12 foot ceilings in kitchen. Sitting loft that overlooks into the kitchen can be a spare bedroom. Full size shower and toilet is separated from laundry area and sink so someone can shower while another is using the mirror and sink. Cabinets from Ikea. Master bedroom has a full size bed with closet space. Price includes all the major appliances: 3 window a/c units, 2 electric heaters, full sized propane gas stove and oven, full size microwave, smallish refrigerator, all-in-one dryer and washer. Has propane gas powered instant hot water heater. There are a few little things we need to finish. (i.e. Touch up some of the interior paint, finish trim in bathroom, not much else that I can think of.) Price also includes some furniture: full size bed, futon, kitchen table and folding chairs.
