The apartment is designed as a bi-level unit on two floors with the higher level in the front of the house with high ceilings and a marble fireplace and the lower level in the rear of the house. The unit should be available around August 15th, 2018, possibly a little earlier depending on the current tenant's actual departure date. The unit in includes A/C, an updated kitchen with new cabinets, safe up-scale University neighborhood, and very close to public transportation. Free street parking is also available with parking sticker. A kitchen dishwasher can be added for an additional $20 per month and sharing cable internet service is an option.
