Welcome to your beach cottage, a great spot to call home while enjoying a 5-10 min walk to the Pier, C Street Surfing and Main Street. Perfect for surfers as well as those who appreciate cozy cottages by the beach. Cottage is available as soon as August 15th. We require first month's rent and a deposit equal to one month's rent. Small dog will be considered with a non refundable pet deposit of $500. Walk into your private gated porch area with room to put a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Your private porch has a security screen door to let the fresh ocean breeze into your cottage. Refrigerator, stove and stackable LG washer/dryer are included in the rent. Laundry room has space for a small office. Remote controlled ceiling fans with light in both living room and bedroom. There is an outdoor shower in your back yard area to rinse off the sand. Trash and Water are paid for by Landlord. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity and internet. There is an outdoor 110 plug behind the cottage which can be used for car charging. There is a small garden area in front of the cottage that is yours to play with. Parking space is alongside the cottage in front of your private storage shed and included in the rent price of $2550 for one occupant and $2700 for two occupants to cover extra water and usage. If cars are small enough tenants can tandem park. All guests must use street parking. I will be running a credit check on all applicants. This is a special, peaceful spot and we're looking for someone who loves it as much as we do.
