This is a sweet lot, off of O.S. Blvd. & Polaris, so it is an ocean view property! The greatest thing is there is a little single story house across the street (ocean front), so if you do build a 2 story you'll have an unblocked view. Not often to be had; an oceanfront view from an ocean view lot! The lots along this stretch are also higher in elevation than the oceanfront so that too is a definite plus. It's a bit off the city center, but if you're into biking or walking it is reasonably close.
