Since this apartment is literally just steps from our house, we are very concerned about who lives here and will screen that person as if he/she was becoming a member of our family and were living with us within the home. Over the years we have enjoyed a variety of tenants including college students, teachers, medical workers, and a variety of young professionals desirous of living in this neighborhood.
