The 3rd bedroom is currently unfurnished, but can be supplied with bed, bunks, or desk. 12 month lease preferred, first and last months rent and proof of income and credit required to move in. Shorter stays and pets negotiable. For 12 month lease $3,300 a month. For shorter stays monthly price will be increased (based on season and other factors of lease). Tennant pays all utilities. If desired a flat rate can be negotiated to include all utilities in the rent. Please email if interested. Showings available by appointment (end of April early May). Will be open to move in June 1st.
