There is a year-round heated pool in the park and they hold holiday and other events for residents during the year, sometimes including free food. CONS: No pets because I have 3 cats and 2 dogs, including one large dog and one small dog. Must love animals and be able to navigate that many. PARK REQUIREMENTS: Background check for a $50.00 fee; 45 or older; credit score of at least 625, and no criminal record. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Must pass the park's background check; have steady income, be neat and tidy and clean and sober. No smokers of anything and no alcohol. MORE FACTS: This rental comes with a six-month lease. Once all parties agree and after signed lease, the park's $50 background fee will be deducted from the first month's rent.
