The outside shower has a rainfall shower head that feels like sitting under a waterfall. The home is fully furnished. It is a 1999 Palm Harbor that is 298 x 61'-4"" with a 13 x 17 lanai. The lanai and shed are all air conditioned. 200-amp service. The shed is 13' x 12' with the driveway being a concrete 'stamped' driveway, it's beautiful!
