Quiet but convenient location. Walk in daylight basement which has no internal access to the main floor. Full laundry facilities. Large kitchen with gas range. Current tenant is moving out of the area for new job after renting here for 8 years. The main floor above is occupied by the best tenant I've ever had in 25 years of being a landlord. They ( 2 people ) are very respectful and quiet nobody could ask for better. So that is what I'm looking for in a tenant for this one bedroom space. Keep that in mind when comparing with other rental options. I'm looking for a lease to start August 2025 and run till May 31, 2026. At that time if all parties are interested a new lease would be offered.
