Two gorgeous trees (silver maple and yellow poplar aka tulip tree) in large, terraced backyard. Deck with stunning view of Downtown Oakland, San Francisco, and gorgeous sunsets. Hardwood floors. Dishwasher. Laundry room with Washer/Dryer. Bonus loft space: great place for games, kid's play room, hobby space, you name it! The not-so-great: No off-street parking (look at google street view or drive by and you'll see what I mean). This is a modestly size home and the downstairs bedrooms are not exactly palatial; not recommended for 3 adult couples. Dogs and cats are welcome (there is a cat door in the master bedroom). Proof of income, credit and background checks, and references required. Applicant pays for credit/background check. Photos show the house staged from prior sale, but it will rented unfurnished.
