It is within 15 minutes of 3 shopping malls, local shopping just a few blocks away including restaurants, supermarkets etc. They are only 2 miles from Siesta Key and 6.4 miles to downtown and the Bay front with great restaurants, little theatres, the Opera and Symphony, along with the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. At the bay front you can rent a charter boat for a day of sightseeing or fishing. I-75 is just a short 10 to 15 minute drive and you can easily go to Tampa, Orlando, Venice or Naples. This villa is centrally located, you just can't beat its location.
