Landlord's home is across the driveway from the guest house. -The neighborhood is rural. It is very quiet at night and you will see the beautiful night sky due to lack of street lights! -5 minute drive to Agua Caliente and Glen Ellen. 10-15 minute drive to downtown Sonoma. -This apartment is approximately 700 square feet. We are looking to have two or fewer people living here. -$2100/month, all utilities included (electric, water, heat, garbage/recycling/green bin, Starlink internet). -Shared laundry room. -2 parking spots provided -The heat is electric baseboard plus a heating/cooling unit. -Access to the swimming pool at the main house upon request. -It includes a full kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, refrigerator, water cooler (water provided), and microwave. It also has a bathroom with a shower, living room, and bedroom. It also has south-facing windows, lots of light, and a lovely deck. -We have two small children. If you have childcare experience we would open to occasional babysitting in exchange for money subtracted from the rent.
