We feature large front and back yards with a hot tub and outdoor shower. We have one outdoor shed available for storage. There is plenty of street parking (no permit needed) and a car port that fits 2 cars. We are located in a very quiet part of midtown Santa Cruz that is close enough to the freeway for easy access, but far enough so you can't hear it. We are walking/biking distance to the Harbor beach, with a nice path through Arana Gulch. We are centrally located to markets (Staff of Life, Safeway, Walgreens, Whole Foods, etc) as well as popular midtown dining (Charlie Hong Kong, Lillian's, Crepe Place, etc). We are a local family of four who are taking a "sabbatical" through Europe and will be gone for 6 months (July through December). Thank you for your interest! All utilities (water, garbage, gas & electric) for this rental are included in the rental price, but cannot exceed $500 per month (which is our highest utilities with a family of four). We can discuss cable and internet, which can be included in the rental if what we have works for the renter. We have a garden maintenance person who comes weekly to keep up the large yard. There is no smoking in the house, we can discuss pets, and there are no permits for parking needed.
