We are a green family and encourage others to be also. LOCATION - We are located in the city of Rancho Park, AKA West Los Angeles. We are located right in between Westwood, Century City, Santa Monica, and Palms. We are only about 3 minutes from Westwood/UCLA or Century City (less than 2 miles) and bus line close to everything (honestly!). Santa Monica beach is only 10 minutes away (4 miles). The new METRO RAIL train is only 100 steps from your door and goes from Santa Monica beach to historic Downtown Los Angeles. It's a GREAT and inexpensive way to get around our wonderful city. We also have a 1 to 2-mile-long bike and jogging path that runs the length of Exposition Metro rail. Supermarkets, coffee shops, and dining areas are all walking distance and we are mile from the very popular Westside Pavilion Shopping Mall/Theatres (will soon become Google campus). RENTAL AGREEMENT & PRICE - We offer a standard CA rental agreement and do require first & last months' rent up front along with a refundable $500.00 security deposit (if left in good shape). We also require a CURRENT copy (no more than 1 week old) of your credit report. Rent is $2,100.00 a month - which includes most utilities ( gas, electricity, and water included if you stay within standard usage/additional amount will be charged based on your usage). A EZ Landlord rental agreement document fee of $45.00 is also required if application is approved. Full application required. All references are called.
