The monthly rates are starting as low as $1600.00 & up!. We require a deposit of the same amount of rent. We are doing some upgrading to the property from landscaping, laying concrete, and touchups. With the new parking lot, we also have parking spaces for an additional $50.00 monthly. We are creating areas for you, your loved ones and if you have fur babies to hang out and enjoy a day out in the yard. Lease will be on a month to month bases. You will need to submit a 30 day notice of termination if you are going to be moving out. If any issues, we can terminate the lease. Premises will only be occupied by the individual(s) on the lease (max 2 people) & if any pet(s). You will will need to keep your room & common area's clean & clutter free. It's your responsibility to report any issues that may involve payment, issues with neighbors, damages, suspicious activity, and you have any suggestions . Smoking is only allowed outside in the back area away from other tenant's window's or door ways. There will be no excessive visits allowed: If any visitor's are there excessively &/or there more than 6 consecutive days without managements knowledge can breach your lease contract. Additional cost/fines can be applied for the housing of another individual(s) not on the lease &/or you will need to add the individual to your lease. There is plenty of off street parking.
