Monthly rent is $2300 The second unit is located at 25761 LeParc Unit 1. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit on ground floor with a fireplace and nice patio . It comes with all appliances and has granite counter kitchen tops, wood floors with an in unit hook up for your washer dryer. No garage but plenty of permitted parking . The monthly rent is $2100 The third is located at 25712 Le Parc unit 87. It's a large one bedroom 1 bath unit with a fireplace, lots of sunlight, a large patio with sunset views. The floors are porcelain tile and has a nice kitchen with all appliances including in unit washer dryer. This unit does not have a garage, but plenty of permitted parking is available. Monthly rent is $1900. To move in you need first months rent and a security deposit equal to first months rent. Cash or cashiers check for payment. You will be required to obtain renters insurance . Before you submit information applicant will be denied for the following 1. If you have had an eviction or are in process of one or behind in your rent. 2. Not employed or have no verifiable source of income. 3 No smoking 4. A credit score less than 650 for any of planned occupants that are 21 or older which will be put on lease 5. Negative rental history. 6 Gross income needs to exceed $50,000 7.Negative Background check In conclusion, we are looking for a long term tenant.
