I would like to find someone to finish the last month of my lease and then you can sign your own 1 year lease. Rent for August is discounted at $1500, then $1705/month for the year lease. This place is awesome, but I got a new job and need to move a month before my lease is up. I am moving out on July 31st and having the apartment and carpets cleaned. It will be ready for move in on August 1st. Deposit is $500. Water/Sewer/Trash is about $35. My electric bill is about $25-30, but I do not run the AC very often, so plan to spend more if you like to run AC a lot. The complex is Portofino Luxury Apartments. Floor plan is Amalfi which is 727 sq. ft. This is the most popular floor plas and there are none available at this time. They allow cats and dogs!!!
